We have been experiencing an apparent technical problem since Aug 2-3 in receiving our e-mail. Among the problems are some orders which we received via Paypal, but which were not downloaded into our mailbox. This happens occasionally, for unknown reasons, but is also an indication that other mail is not being received. If you have sent us an inquiry, order, or any other feedback or correspondence by e-mail recently, and have NOT received a response within 24 hours, please re-send the mail (if possible) to
hila@comcast.net, and/or call us at 800.296.9676. We ALWAYS respond to our customer mail, so if you have not received a reply then it can only be because we did not receive your letter. We are working with Comcast to determine the nature of the problem, and whether it is a server problem or possibly due to the recent hot, humid weather in the Northeast which has caused computer crashes several times and various malfunctions. We hope to have the problem resolved soon and regret any inconvenience.

If you are currently waiting for an order that you placed in July and August, please be aware that we have been running behind because of on-going health problems and weather-related problems, which can affect harvesting the fresh plants used in our products. We are trying to catch up as fast as possible, but we ask that you allow about 2 weeks for delivery on all orders in the future, as well as trying to give us appx. 2 weeks lead time when re-ordering. (If it is urgent and you're out of something you or your child needs, please contact us so we can try to expedite your order). As of August 7, we are caught up on most orders through July 21, so if you've made a purchase before then and still have not gotten it, there is a possibility that we did not receive your order and you should contact us ASAP to check on the status.
We are doing our very best to meet the increasing demand for our products, especially the Eczema remedies, despite facing serious illness and shortages of product and help. We are a small, dedicated group of herb lovers devoted to improving life naturally. We believe that radiant health can be achieved using natural products and without using synthetic chemicals. Her products are highly regarded and carried extensively throughout the U.S. and England.
