IMPORTANT NOTE: We have a $25 minimum order (domestic orders/50 states) and $50 minimum on non-U.S. orders, including Canada. Canadian customers should contact us to discuss any additional shipping costs and alternative shipping methods, such as UPS or US Global Express. Many orders are inexplicably lost or destroyed (customs??), but are NOT trackable using regular air mail, only expedited shipping. Please contact us about this.

REMEMBER -- We sincerely regret that any order placed for less than the minimum amount (not including SHIPPING) will NOT be filled and your money will be refunded. Shipping charges:
We have a flat fee of $8.95 for shipping within the continental USA. Please email us to receive a shipping quote for orders shipped outside the US as charges may vary greatly according to location. If we don't receive an email, we'll add the international shipping charges, which will appear as a separate transaction on your credit card. International shipping charges are not refundable. Discounts do not apply to shipments outside the USA. We strive to post orders as promptly as possible, however, delays do occur, so please allow up to two weeks for delivery. All orders are shipped via US Mail with delivery confirmation; please specify if you need special handling, insurance, or express shipping, etc.

Sales Tax:
A 5% sales tax will be added to all orders shipping within Massachusetts, or provide a copy of your reseller certificate and we will refund the sales tax charges.
